Payette Municipal Airport (S75)

The runway has a fresh blacktop surface. Self-serve Mogas is available and worked great. Courtesy car on hand. Enter the CTAF frequency to get into the building. A fine facility.

Fine clean small airport. You land between fairways so watch out for the hook and slice;). Only complaint without awos was the wind sock was torn off so it would have been nice to see that operational.

Just stop here. Fuel is inexpensive, pump is new, crew car, fine pilot lounge and tie down is $2 a night. Like many small airports, they are trying very hard to be an asset to the general aviation community. City is supporting the facility, but without the numbers, I worry that this gem may lose their support and disappear.
