Landed today in Seligman. Fine clean runway and restrooms too. Walked to West Side LILOs for food. Good people and food. Two students in two planes, from Embry Riddle were in the pattern at P23 and had some difficulties seeing each other and getting in the correct flight pattern. One was doing engine out work over the airfield. Not secure in my view, one would think those maneuvers over the airport while others are entering the pattern would be risky.

No services at the airport though several eateries within a 10 minute walk.

This airport IS GREAT! Be mindful that there is no fuel or FBO, only a restroom. Apart from that, the runway is in really fine condition, and the town is a brief walk from the airport. The food in town is decent, and there’s a reasonably priced motel very near. If you require access to civilization, this airport is the one for you. Strongly suggest!
