Pretty wide dirt strip, with a few bushes lining the sides. No ruts, and no large rocks either. A few tumbleweeds were on or near the runway. The dirt felt smooth and nicely graded. Some buildings and a light pole are just after the end of 11 / approach 29.

Wouldn't suggest stopping here unless totally required. No crew car, no hangars, no ac in the fbo, restroom didn't even have toilet paper. Airport manager was crabby. There is fairly inexpensive self service 100ll

Runway in good condition. Dirt runway is hardly a runway so I am not counting that. Self-serve fuel works fine. Fine, clear instructions for entering the pilot lounge. Bathrooms are ok. One was out of soap and paper towels but the second one had those.
