December 25, 2025Yes, Romo's Mexican Grill is OPEN Monday - Saturday 11AM - 7PM. Good fly-in for lunch. Closed Sunday. My wife and I stopped here Saturday 11-22-25 for lunch. We had the hard shell spicy chicken tacos which comes w/ complimentary chips and salsa. 2 flavors of salsa. Yummy! Worth noting one of the salsa's had mango chunks in it. Fine touch. Taylor was working the day we stopped and she was great! Owen P. is the owner and he's very friendly. Will stop here again. O yeah self serve fuel - good price!

December 10, 2025Excellent top-notch mexican restaurant right on the field, attached to Wiseman aviation. Highly recommend the enchiladas and tacos. Mark does a wonderful job making sure everything is delicious and done right. Inexpensive self-serve fuel behind Wiseman (careful with the dispenser as it seems to have two phases: very slow ~1 gph or very fast ~30 gph).

November 26, 2025Stopped for fuel and had some lunch at the Mexican restaurant (very good). FBO is very fine too! Fuel around the back of FBO. Met a nice pilot and exchanged info! Don't forget to fly over the meteor crater and get a look to the west of the field. Cool sight! Sam M.
