I stayed here for two days waiting fir weather to change on a cross country. Hidden gem of an airfield. Camping on site for $20. Bathrooms and hot showers. Regular glider meetups and contests. Funky little town just a few miles a way. The steak house in town is a time capsule back to the 80’s with good food, fine atmosphere and an almost unchanged nostalgic menu.
