Stopped in to look at a friend's plane. Some very unhappy person came out to open the fence and appeared to be living in shack on the field. He was yelling at his young border collie, then kicked the poor dog very hard in the stomach. I thought about calling the police - not sure what good it would have done. Very depressing place.

Had an oil issue landed there after dark, the owner came out shouting in a foreign language, very impolite and turned the lights off when we were leaving, if you must land there for some reason , I suggest use the highway at least they will not turn the lights off on departure !
