PCL. Despite the depiction of pilot controlled lighting, there is none (as of end of 2023 anyway). The runway lights are on from sundown to sunrise but cannot be managed by the pilot. REILS & PAPIs are not pilot controlled and are generally not left active. Rumor is they are trying to get a separate frequency for PCL because CTAF is utilized for WX.

Buyer beware! The only usable section of RWY 04-22 is 3735' asphalt. The remainder is unusable turf.

Absolutely amazing airport with such a neat history. Still in the Solberg family. Everything is freshly paved (within the last few weeks) as of April 21st, 2023. Paved part of 4/22 is 3,700 feet. Fair fuel costs. Key mic on Unicom 5x for weather. Everyone there is very pleasant. I look forward to returning.
