Just called the facility today and they have a $20 landing charge for single engine planes irrespective of whether you buy fuel or not.

Lights are not on CTAF but on 123.05. I had to divert to TTN and the whole journey ended up costing more! It’s not well documented and could be a safety concern. I’m not sure what the correct solution is (make CTAF the light control frequency), but I’d hate to be the plane who needs to get down immediately and cannot.
