June 13, 2026My wife and I made a little trip over to Fayette today. The FBO is beautiful, though it is closed Saturdays. There is a lock box available with keys for the building and the courtesy car. We drove into town and had lunch at Lisa's Barbecue. Really excellent food and highly recommended. I got the pulled pork plate, while my wife ordered a barbecue sandwich. The fried green tomatoes were excellent too. Since my wife quilts, we also stopped by the Scrap Iron quilt shop. It was an excellent experience. We're planning to do this again!

January 22, 2021Good stop. Friendly. After hours access. The date I stopped they were advertising a 100LL fuel price of $3.25 but I found a price of $3.52. Still a fine price, but...
