Still a good fuel stop. Modern self service avgas pump. Unattended. Courtesy car key on the desk in the terminal. Code entry. Snacks, sodas and coffee available. The restroom w/shower has been remodeled and the kitchen is "in process". I use this stop when passing thru central TN. Always the finest fuel price around.

Agree with all prior posts. M29 has turned into my “go-to” cross country fuel stop. Day/VFR only, but apart from that it’s precisely what you are seeking in a pit stop.

Awesome small airport! It appears like there is much advancement happening around the airport too, I am not certain but it might seem that new hangars are being constructed and perhaps an instrument approach is being planned! Fuel cost was as advertised on ForeFlight presently $3.97 per gallon which is extremely low compared to everywhere else. The self-serve functioned flawlessly without any problems whatsoever. The field is unattended but there is a 24hr FBO structure accessible with CTAF it is the stone structure just up the rise from the fuel container. The structure has beverages and snacks, a restroom, and a couple of sections where it is evident that this location is home to some big pancake fly-ins which I must keep an eye out for down the road! This spot is a hidden treasure and I will certainly return!

Good stop on a long cross country. As advertised it’s a lovely, long, well-marked runway, modern fuel island, unattended terminal building with snacks, drinks, and bathroom. Crew car is as advertised. Some work is being done to rehabilitate the hangars. Great stop.

Good airport! Stopped in for a quick refuel a couple days back. Fuel was simply accessible and fine cost! Flying into/out of the airport is certainly enjoyable with the surrounding terrain, but not tough.

Superb cross country fuel stop. Fine prices and after hours access to the lounge and restroom, complete with drinks. They also had a rental car, but we did not use.

Fine scenic fuel stop with good fuel costs to boot

This was a good stop for an overnight survey trip thru Tennessee. The airport itself is in fine shape with an awesome long runway beside a golf course and the Tennessee river to guide you in. The airport appears to be nearly done with their new T-hangars, but for the present time there is no tie downs. You can, however, use any makeshift ones you have in the grass beside the ramp. The fuel is some of the least expensive in the area and the FBO house is quite nice for a good post flight snack. There is a good crew car available, the key is inside the FBO. All in all it’s a fine up and coming airport and the town appears to be fully behind supporting its future endeavors.

This is just a fine spot for a fuel stop! On a ferry flight from Pennsylvania to Texas in a C150. Snacks and drinks in the fridge, good little FBO.
