October 14, 2025Fine airport and FBO planned my fuel stop here because of advertised price 100 low led lowest price in the region. When I showed up to refuel the pump showed slightly more. I would have planned a different fuel stop had I known. So perhaps call and confirm price before planning a stop here. Not a major concern but pricing is a factor in trip planning.

May 3, 2025Good airfield and SOAR FBO is first class. There is a grass strip to the east side of the runway. It's a bit uneven, but can be fine practice. Call SOAR to get an update before landing on the grass.
