I landed at L26 and grabbed breakfast at Don Reyes Airport cafe. Food was very good and the service was excellent. It is work checking out. The runway is ok to marginal. There's grass coming up in the runway and cracks in the asphalt, but there were no potholes or significant cracks. I think it would be best o back taxi to Don Reyes because the weed abatement on the taxi ways needs work. I spoke with the airport manager about the taxiway, and they said they would that care of it promptly.

Runway needs to be weed wacked. There is quite a bit of loose gravel/asphalt on the taxiways, I was hesitant to do an engine run up. The food at the restaurant was good. With a little effort this could be a fine fly in.

Flew in on Sept 28, 2025. Runway is in a fine condition. Some cracks and small weeds here and there. No potholes. The transient parking is next to runway 21 side. The parking lines were faded so it was tough to see. No chain, only ropes were available. Don Reyes restaurant is right next to the parking area. Superb food, good service, and friendly waitress. Mercy Air medical transport has an office here and multiple helicopters. The city center is a few miles away.
