January 26, 2026Since it used to be an Air Force base, the airport has some long runways. There are also a bunch of retired airline airplanes sitting around in different areas. I have a single engine piston 4 seat airplane. I filed an IFR flight plan, and my clearance came with an obstacle departure procedure because of the terrain out there.

January 16, 2025I was at VCV yesterday and the service was superb! They do have avgas.

October 17, 2024Million Air no longer has unleaded fuel. Just beware that if you see UL94 or mogas listed on some websites as available at KVCV, I was there and there is no unleaded. Quite fine FBO though and very accomodating. Nice runway and friendly tower.
