Landed at Youngstown for fuel and to avoid some July storms on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, I had an electrical issue pop up after starting and we had to stay the night. Cheryl and the line crew were very helpful. They made us feel taken care of. She reached out to the maintenance team and let them know we needed help first thing in the morning. The maintenance team did a good job and we were on our way the next afternoon. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Friendly and efficient. I was offered my choice of office with desk or comfy pilot lounge for my rest and planning time. I was welcomed with a cold bottle of water on a warm day and some fresh cookies. Very nice facility, i look forward to my return.

We flew in on Sunday evening during a cross country for our final fuel stop of the trip. I did not realize they close at 10 pm. We touched down just prior to closing and by the time we taxied to the FBO it was a few minutes after 10. We were met by two smiling gentlemen who went above and beyond to top off our tanks and even cleaned the windscreen. We were on our way within minutes.

Stopped at YNG and JETS FBO for fuel on our way back from OSH 22. We received quick fuel service, along with a good OSH discount and the FBO staff were very pleasant. We planned to use the crew car to get a fast lunch, but we needed to depart quickly to avoid weather on our final leg home. We were given some complimentary cold drinks, which was greatly valued, and we departed. FBO was tidy and helpful. I would certainly suggest JETS FBO.

The Jets evening Team did a fine job of supporting our last minute arrival with fuel, a crew car, and a recommendation for lodging (with a Jets discount), if we’re in this area of the country it will be an automatic stopping point! Good job!

We stopped for a break and fuel on a trip to the Chicago area. A fine FBO with welcoming personnel and good amenities. Cookies too!

What a good operation. I was ferrying my light twin back home when weather set in. I landed at 10pm as they were closing. The front desk woman and gentleman on the line realized I was coming to them and reopened the FBO and marshaled me in. They promptly got me on the way to a hotel with a fine crew car and were super nice and unfazed about me making them stay after closing. In the morning. I rested at the beautiful pilot lounge till the weather lifted. Whatever they charge is worth it.

Good FBO to make a fuel stop. We were marshalled in and fueled right away. The lady at the desk was very fine and pointed toward the fresh baked cookies that were out. We ate lunch and sat on the comfortable chairs for a bit. On the way out, I asked for a water, and I was offered cold or room temperature. Fuel is pricy but the FBO is good.

We fly into KYNG periodically to visit family, and Jets Aviation is superb every time! Everyone is friendly from the line staff to the customer service reps to the owner, who stopped to talk with us. Thunderstorms were anticipated the day after we arrived and Jets quickly hangared our aircraft until we were ready to depart. We wound up staying another night for weather and then waiting out some early morning fog, and everybody made us feel welcome. When the fog lifted, the line staff even stayed with my in-laws so that they could stand on the ramp and watch us leave! Thanks for another good experience! We’ll return!

Brought in passengers for a day trip, arriving sooner than anticipated. rental cars were not delivered yet, Jets assisted by getting enterprise to get the cars delivered on schedule. Very cordial and useful
