Small FBO, pretty nice.

Good staff and services and fine location off of runway 5. FAA station right next door to FBO and I was ramp checked, I had my paperwork in order and guy was super nice. Good airport.

Don't trust these folks. Made a confirmed booking a month ago. On approach they informed me they were full and had no space for me and I needed to divert while on approach.

Avflight Willow Run takes really good care of passengers, also. I was dropped off here by a pilot friend. However, I had not made prior arrangements for the short road trip to DTW. Big mistake. Fortunately, both Sherman and Ashley went way out of their way to help me arrange transportation to DTW and I made my flight on time. They are both very fine and personable individuals as well. If I were flying in this area, this is where I would want to land.

Sherman is the man. Took superb care of us in our SR20, and treated us like we were a much bigger plane. Would strongly suggest Avflight YIP!

Fantastic individuals. Dedicated personnel with a strong work ethic. About the only adverse comment here about not trusting Avflight: I know these folks very well. Years of reliance with some of them. I have never requested special treatment and i have always been treated with the utmost courtesy, respect and professionalism. We will keep bringing our heavy jets business to them as they truly value our high standards and needs. Good is what we target and good is what we get.

Absolutely awesome customer service. They got me into a hangar in the depths of Winter and the line team was fantastic. I was delighted until I received the invoice. They charged my $400 per night to hangar my turbo prop. This is the highest rate I’ve ever paid across the country by 2X.

What a good stop. We were visiting a relative at the hospital. Being an emergency, Avflight could not have been nicer. The crew car was warm and waiting when we landed. Devyn was especially kind and supportive. The FBO entire team was so welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend them.
