jlcui18 Good efficient FBO, showed up Friday for one night. The team at Million Air had the rental car out by the plane before I got out of the plane, helped with unloading and secure the plane. The ladies at the desk even gave us suggestion of where we should eat. Friendly staff and very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend stopping at Cecil Field if you are in the Jacksonville area.

$15 Facilities charge or 20 gallons of fuel. Good assistance welcoming personnel.

Friendly and professional FBO. Stopped in after being delayed for a few hours due to weather. We were only on deck for two or three hours and they let us use their crew car to head into town for a quick bite. You wouldn't have known we were flying in a small Cessna, because the entire staff treated us so well, practically rolling out the red carpet. Fuel costs were good and ramp fees were waived with our fuel purchase. It is a fine stop and I will stop here whenever I am in the vicinity. - Mark H.

As soon as Million Air took over VQQ, service went down hill. Sent fuel release well in advance, arrive and then they bill WFS which we did not request. Been trying to get a response from CSR, Supervisor and even accounting. Complete radio silence as they simply do not respond.

Landed here for a weekend visit. Fine facility, fair fuel price, welcoming people. Received a free round of golf and a free meal at a local golf course for me and my passenger just for landing here. Good stop.

Fantastic FBO. Popcorn on site, and everyone that works here cares and goes the extra mile. Before we could get our bags out of the plane, it was already tied down, a luggage cart was on its way, and the fuel truck was ready. Super clean, friendly, and easy FBO. Will be coming here again for sure. All fees waived with the fuel too!

Good service from them, we got 20 gallons of fuel and they waived all charges. They gave us a very fine crew car for lunch. Also really quiet airport. Truly nice quick in and out.

Was upset to see no complimentary snacks but the front desk and ground crew was very good so you can't go wrong. Was marshaled in right away by the fine young man (even though we were in a c172)

I’m here several times a year. Personnel is always attentive and cordial. ATC is always helpful and in a good mood. Can’t recommend VQQ and Million Air highly enough. And as another person said, always something interesting parked on the ramp here!

Very welcoming personnel and tidy and professional area. Good airport to stop and get fuel if you’re in the vicinity.
