March 29, 2026Stopped in to pick up a couple for Angel Flight and was hit with a $30 ramp fee. I get charging for regular flights, but every other FBO I've used offers a ramp-fee break for public benefit flying like Angel Flight, or gives a fuel discount, or both. This FBO offers neither one.

December 5, 2025$25 dollar ramp charge for light single engine at the moment of this writing. Steep for small aircraft and small FBO but it can be waived if you take on 15G of LL @ 5.50 a gallon. I think it's $25 even though your only there for a brief time which is bad if you have to use the restroom or relax for a short while before proceeding. Unless I must stop here, I typically go another location.

April 5, 2025100LL cost is fair, though appears costly for the standard of the facility. The exterior looks deserted, but the interior is quite good. Welcoming personnel, tower is welcoming also.

November 25, 2023Good experience. Personnel kind. Zero charge for quick turn. Ramp fee waived with modest fuel purchase. Ramp fee and one overnight both waived with fuel purchase. Courtesy car available. Large Pilot lounge, conference room with big desk, and an open room for Flight instruction. I'm a commercial pilot who flies all over the nation and there is nothing to criticize. Very fair fuel costs. Do not grasp the rough comments underneath

March 9, 2026Helpful FBO, although you have to buy fuel to get the handling fee waived. They pointed me toward the nearby "Smok'n Pig BBQ"-it's worh the trip.

December 31, 2025Drew and the FBO team did good work as we needed to leave the plane for a potential clogged injector with Buddy McDonald, mechanic on the field. Towed the plane to Buddy's hangar and took us over to Avis to get a car. Thank you! Ex-RAF Bulldog

July 9, 2025They only fueled one side of my plane after being told both tanks. Check fuel levels prior to them departing.

January 9, 2025I flew in to do some volunteer work in the area over a few days. This is a good FBO the folks there are amazingly welcoming and helpful. One of my preferred stops in the Southeast, sensible fuel, and overnight fees. Mike, the FBO manager, has an amazing team that took care of all my requirements. Look forward to seeing them again in the future soon. Patric C.

March 1, 2024The team at VFS was very helpful and welcoming. A tip of the hat to Drew and especially Latrice who assisted when Avis didn't have a vehicle in-spite of my having a reservation. Ramp fee and 1 night tie-down were waived with fill up. Crew planes are not available overnight, so if you're not renting a car try Lyft for a ride, I never succeeded in getting a ride with Uber. Good experience with VFS all around !
