North Las Vegas Airport (KVGT)

We had an excellent experience at North Las Vegas today. The Line Crew came out in a van to meet us, helped unload all of our luggage, secured the airplane for us, and drove us and our bags over to the terminal. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. We weren’t arriving in a jet-just a Piper Malibu Mirage.

Not welcoming to small aircraft. I taxied onto the ramp and sat there with the engine running, waiting to park, while the marshaler turned his back on me. Apparently he was holding out for the jet that arrived well after I did. Nobody contacted the front desk or arranged for a different marshaler. When I called on Unicom, a disgruntled employee just told me to "find a spot." The issue is that tie-down chains and chalks are left scattered around, making taxiing hazardous. I would choose Henderson or Reid instead of this place. I’ve never been treated so poorly at an FBO.

I used this facility during the F1 race this past weekend. The staff was amazing with all the weather and changes in schedule the staff was good at working with me on multiple legs over the weekend. Glaiza and VIkki and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more helpful, I highly recommend using them for your next trip to Vegas. jus2150742!

Facility closes at 10pm, if you arrive after hours there is a phone number on the door for security to let you out the airport. Fee waived with a fill up. Personnel in the morning were welcoming. Clean facility. Fuel costs are decent. O2 available through LoneMountin Avaition.

$22/night for a single-engine piston, with 1 night waived when you buy 20 gallons. No extra fees. Just called today.

The people handling my check-in and check-out were courteous and professional. Since I had several bags, I asked to be picked up at the plane. They sent a van right out, then dropped me at the front entrance by my rental car. I've stopped here several times and never run into any problems. ~Ron~Mooney M20C

Solid spot to land and park when you're coming into Vegas. The facilities are great, and they also have a restaurant. I had an aircraft maintenance issue and truenorth on field helped me out both Friday and Sunday.

No courtesy cars available

Really good facility with a fine dining spot up top. Very welcoming desk crew and ramp crew. They quickly brought out a compressor to add some air to my tires when I noticed I was a little low during pre-flight. The fuel is really reasonably priced for being near a large Bravo! Thanks for a good stop. I'll even choose VGT over Henderson despite HND being an easier in/out. Thanks again!

20 years of flying and worst FBO experience I've ever had. They said they close at 2230 so we specifically got there ahead of time (2210) for a GPU start. They said they already put GPUs away and they couldn't assist. Meanwhile I could see 4 GPUs sitting right outside and their staff was just sitting inside waiting to clock out. It would have taken them 5 minutes. Instead we had to stay overnight and get a hotel for them to use 5 min of their time in the morning instead.
