FBO is not 24/7

Fine FBO, but a $40 facility charge and $10 security charge for a small single is excessive. Go to Stein's instead.

Excellent service. Had the rental car ready and brought out to the plane. They had it fueled and on the ramp for our departure. Staff were very friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed.

The Atlantic at UES provided us incredible service! We had a last minute change to our schedule and had to stay overnight. We arrived early in the evening and they helped us with all our needs and kindly provided us a crew car to get to our hotel. We arrived in the morning and were sent directly to the hangar where our Galaxy was stored overnight and everything was waiting for us. The potable water, the lav fill, and they were super quick with the rest. The front desk staff were also super helpful. Special kudos to the ramp lead!!!

Fine amenities and personnel, phoned ahead for a rental car and it was waiting ramp side upon our arrival. I’ve been using Atlantic at KUES numerous times and have never once had a problem with them. I have never had to ask twice for things like fueling the plane while we are gone as well. They are certainly one of those FBOs that treats a single engine piston as well as a Gulfstream. A bonus is the consistently pleasant tower controllers.

Superb FBO and services. Kind personnel and helpful. I recently had a 3 day stay and the FBO handled last minute demands for linking my plane to utility to warm oil during cold weather to speed up my departure.

Excellent FBO. Good customer service. Sean at Atlantic took care of me when Enterprise failed to leave a rental car for me. Sean found me a car and got me on my way fast.

Fantastic FBO experience. On par with my other Atlantic visits. Front desk staff very accommodating. Even gave us a gift bag with tourist info. Will be back. -Ronnie J.

Stopped for 5 minutes to drop off some friends. They charged me a $40 handling fee and $18 security fee and I wasn’t even on their ramp for 5 minutes. Was told some of the handling fee could be avoided but purchasing their overpriced fuel. 15gal minimum and I was coming from Green Bay, no way that’s going to fit. The ramp fee in GRB was $10 and their gas was $0.70 cheaper. Will never visit any Atlantic location again.
