Took good care of my 172 while in town for a few hours for work. I did not take on any fuel and was met with a $25 landing charge. The people's kindness and hospitality in the FBO made up for the charge.

Echo previous good comments. Fine waiting area, tidy restrooms and useful line crew. Coffee and light snacks in the lounge.

Parked at Jet Center for the diner, but the diner is under new administration and is presently closed. We chose to get food in town since we flew here for breakfast, but they did not have a courtesy car accessible. The manager did us a solid and gave us their personal vehicle to run into town for food. They also waived the ramp/tie down fees for us. Highly recommend Jet Center.

I stopped in to purchase 2 AA batteries for my headset. They said they sold out of them 3 weeks ago. Then they charged me $15 for parking on their ramp. Go Jet Center - you’re working up a fine one.!!

They requested a card to keep on file to use their crew car. That crew car is very hazardous and tougher to operate than flying an airplane for the first time.

Refueled at Jet Center yesterday. Good experience with friendly personnel and fast service. FBO was clean and well kept. Superb museum next door. They took good care of me and Jolene - J35 Bonanza. Suggest this FBO.

I have been flying into Tyler once a month since august 2021. Service has always been good. They even helped me jump my car when the battery had gone dead. I can’t say enough good things about Jet Center.

Just wanted to thank the crew at Jet Center of Tyler for helping us with our Socata Trinidad Fly-in last Friday. We had a bigger number of planes and people than initially expected. We had 10 planes and 17 people attend. They moved our planes close to each other for simple photos, loaned us a large conference room and took good care of us. All while having lots of other business (mostly jets) come and go. Thank you Jet Center. The cafe next door, Sky’s The Limit, also took care of our larger than expected group very well.
