We stopped for a brief overnight here the previous evening. We landed just as it got dark and it was raining. The line personnel put us beneath the canopy. We arrived today at 530 AM. The line personnel and front desk lady were present and prepared for us. They obtained our fuel and everything else we required and we were able to depart from there fast. They permitted us to take the crew vehicle for dinner too. FBO was quite pleasant and tidy. All the staff members were very kind. Thanks!

Flew in Sunday for a couple hour stop. After being marshaled in, they pulled my rental car up beside the plane and gave me the red carpet service. Ended up leaving something in the rental car, and they located it and mailed it out the following day. Good Service!

Simple rental cars. I fly here each summer a couple of times. Always fine and simple.

Sadly perhaps some of the poorest assistance I've observed from an FBO and organization asserting to handle plane sales. I phoned 3 days in advance and the evening prior to arrange for having a plane that was bought and I was taking to be fueled and on the ramp for a 6am takeoff. Arrived and no plane and no CSR. When the CSR eventually appeared she was impolite, unconcerned, and offered standard apologies. The plane was not brought out until just after 7 and was not fueled and was completely dirty. Unfortunately it’s the sole option nearby but bypass it if you possibly can.

I’ve had a Cirrus aircraft since 2005 at TYQ. The FBO is tidy and contemporary. Runways are long. Randy Ells and all the maintenance folks are good. The lineman go out of their way to assist you. Flight instructors are fine. The front desk staff are awesome. Beautiful new hangars were just constructed. overall I think this is the finest airport in Indiana. Thank you to all the people that work there.

First Class facility and personnel. Very friendly and helpful. Will certainly return on my next trip to Indy!
