Always love coming into Texarkana to land. Deidra remembers us every time, no matter which plane we show up in. The facility stays clean and the snacks and coffee are great. It’s easy to get the plane unloaded and loaded back up too. Clean restrooms and a peaceful lobby.

Really nice, clean place, environment friendly people, tower was excellent, but fuel prices are close to eight dollars a gallon once you add the infrastructure fee, taxes, and handling.

Called the day before for a rental car; said they'd have one brought over. Was parked all of 3 steps from the door; much appreciated as it was starting to rain. Car was waiting out front; fuel service was prompt, however outrageously high currently. Only issue was during pickup a few days later. Afterhours fee was $200, so we passed on that; took 30 mins & a call to ops to find self-serve 100LL. Overall, good, albeit costly service; we appreciated Detra taking care of the rental car for us.

Charged over a hundred bucks to park a Meridian on the ramp for two hours. Sign still says TacAir, but sadly it is not.

Friendly personnel waiting on our arrival, I coordinated via radio for fuel on arrival and they had us turned in 15 minutes with our uploads and even waived the ramp charge. $8 infrastructure charge. Highly suggest TXK, felt our funds were well earned here. Thanks for the assistance!

Single engine aircraft- I was billed $20 for ramp fee and $8 for "infrastructure" for taxiing in and dropping off a passenger. Ramp fee can be waived by purchasing a minimum of 10 gallons of fuel. The front desk customer service rep should think about a different career path.

Another good stop for fuel both going and coming back from Stuttgart, AR to central Texas. Line crew were superb and office staff very cordial. Will always make this a stopping point when heading this direction.

Just made a fast stop while waiting out some storms in DFW. Had good service at Signature. Fine facility and simple ground operations.

Claire helped us perfectly. 100LL truck was grounded. Waived the ramp fee even when we used Self Serve due to it. Would use this FBO again if I come close again.
