I called the FBO while taxing. They sent out a marshaller. After parking, I was assisted with tying down the plane. Although it took me a long time to put away my gear and secure the plane he stayed with me the whole duration. He offered to help with my luggage, and he drove me to the hotel. This is the second occasion I went to this FBO, and I have been impressed once more with their service.

Not suggested. No marshaller upon arrival, not obvious where to stop at all. Told counter CSR needed a top-off and to collect rental car. Went to unload plane and now marshaller is present. Told him also I required top-off. Later they phoned me from a "MillionAir" phone number and inquired if I desired a top-off. Departure was better but not worth the cost. They also assessed a $45 charge on top of the fuel. Single engine piston Trinidad. Next time I shall check a different FBO.

Self serve pump only putting out a trickle, basically unusable. At least they charged me the full serve price when they sent the truck over.

Landed with 20-30 knot winds. Lineman tied the plane down as soon as the prop stopped. Rental car waiting next to plane. Very fine facility. Prompt, courteous service. Recommend highly. Christopher T.

We arrived around 2200 and the Self Service Fuel was not operating but the after hours personnel came out and was extremely helpful! He honored the self service cost even though he needed to use the fuel truck.

This is just a branch MillionAir, with a lot more military stuff happening. Service was 'so-so'. My ELT got set off because they landed an Army helicopter so close to my tied-down plane.

Good service from start to finish. We were a late arrival, 15 mins past closing (we did call ahead). Two lineman on location. Marshaller waiting to direct us in. Provided complimentary shuttle to hotel. Fuel within 5 mins of request the following day. Smiles and professionalism the whole way. Keep up the fine work!

Excellent FBO, from lineman to CSR's. Same owner as Million Air, but better suited for light GA (tie downs, self-serve, etc.). Paid $20/night for DA40 parking, first night waived with purchase of 20 gal. I'll be back when in Tucson.

Superb service and support! Wonderful crew, fine facility. Self service and Full service 100LL choices, good tie-downs. Shall certainly come back!
