Tri-City Aviation at Tri-Cities Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

February 14, 2026They hit me with a hundred-dollar fee for leaving the crew car out past some absurd 1 hour limit they never bothered to mention. I apologized for thinking it was the normal 2 hour limit, especially since we were the only crew/aircraft at the FBO at the time. Then they asked if we were "gonna have a problem" and insidted on fining me anyway, even after I'd bought a few hundred gallons of fuel. I'm at a bunch of different and new FBO's every week for work, and this is easily the worst one I've ever dealt with.

July 7, 2025Very let down with this FBO. Quoted one cost for hangar area, billed much more. Very impolite personnel. I do not know if the woman was just having a rough day, but I was cursed at and belittled for asking why I was being robbed. It is a pity there is not superior choices here. When they quote you, get it in paper.

May 1, 2025We stopped at Tri-City Aviation for a quick fuel stop on the way from Dallas to Maine. The airport was good, the FBO was fine and the personnel were promptly responsive. We were in and out in well under an hour and everything went exceptionally. Thank you!

December 14, 2024Attentive fbo. Helped me park, moved me and tied me down for the night. Did not buy fuel due to adding a passenger for return trip. $25 night tie down for DA40NG

August 15, 2024We recently stopped there to drop off a friend. After dropping him off, we noticed that the electric fuel pump failed and needed to wait over the weekend to get it repaired. I had an AOG service come out to fix the plane. After it was fixed, the FBO charged me a $300 "aircraft maintenance fee". I inquired about the fee (that was never mentioned to me) and they stated it’s for utilizing your own maintenance service instead of the FBO’s maintenance. Be mindful of their unstated charges!

February 9, 2026Customer service was awful, and the crew car has a ridiculous limit on how long and how far you can take it.

January 20, 2026You can only go to eat in them and for one hour. Pretty behind the times here at this spot. If you plan on coming here for anything other than lunch you better find somewhere else.

May 7, 2025We stopped in for a quick turn on our way from Dallas to Maine. The crew was outside to meet us and the fueling happened quicker than we were ready to depart. The facility is modern and fine and it's a good place to stop.

April 26, 2025XC from Cinci: marshaled in and out. Refueling was fast. Nice facility. 100LL was costly -- but the whole experience was smooth and made me feel like they wanted me to visit AND to return again. Thank you.

October 4, 2024Landed in TRI this morning. The Line Crew was there waiting for us w good service. The Line, man even drove our rental around for us to the plane so we can unload our baggage. Front desk greeted us w fine hospitality as well. After returning back same good hospitality. No services was needed. They told us have a marvelous flight home and there was no fees. Will surely be coming back again.
