Wow... over half a hour to get fuel with no activity and half a dozen guys on the ramp, they forget things, honestly I would have preferred a self service airport over this, made us half an hour late

The charges shown are terribly wrong. For my PA32R/Lance it suggests a $48 facility charge and a $24 tie down/overnight charge both excused with 15 gallons of fuel. The actual charge is $120 facility charge and $95 overnight charge and only the facility charge is excused with 30 gallons of fuel! Sheltair stated they have no clue where ForeFlight obtained this data from.

The illumination in the crew lounge appears to be motion activated. Not ideal if you wish for some rest or sleep for a couple hours....

Called to get costs for a single engine Beechcraft Bonanza. Facility fee $128 (waived with 40 gallons 100ll @ $7.51). Security fee $15.00. Parking $100.00/night. Clearly, they will not be receiving my patronage.

Nia, Tori, Natalia provided superb customer service and went above and beyond. They were very cordial and welcoming the instant I walked in the doorway. Fuel was brought within 5 minutes of pulling up and the GPU was complimentary. They also feature CAA so this is certainly my revised preferred FBO and airport in the Tampa area. Respectfully, DR. We arrived on a Wednesday for a 3 day stay. We parked there as they are a CAA FBO. Everybody was very fine, but the line service was disorganized. Locating the rental car was worse the searching for Waldo. Passengers decided to leave early and it took ages to get the coffee out to the plane. A very large FBO, good people and facility, but the line service needs new life.
