Closest FBO for customs clearance @B9. Will send truck to refuel AVGAS at customs

I decided to check out TOL Aviation since there are no comments about it on ForeFlight. Line service guy came out eventually to chock the plane. He was fine, but pretty unenthusiastic. Walked down a long dark hallway to the lobby area which resembled my grandmother’s living room, but was clean and comfortable. The upstairs pilots’ lounge was windowless, old and worn. Restrooms were just okay. All in all a pretty mediocre experience compared to the other FBOs at this airport. At least they did not charge any fees.
