Tillamook Airport at Tillamook Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

June 15, 2026Still a solid stop! They’ve got an older Crown Vic courtesy car (4hr max), with rental cars available through E&E. The museum remains closed from storm damage, but the restrooms and conference room are great. Fuel is easy Self serve, and the runway is nice.

May 29, 2021Good small airport, it appeared like most of the parking spots had ropes for tied down and a rack of chocks. The FBO has two crown Vic courtesy cars to pick from the one I was in even had AC. There's also a campsite on the property for $15 a night. The airport's about 5 mins away from Tillamook but it's not within walking distance, in town there a Safeway, Fred Myers should you need camping supplies. Tillamook is a good stop to get food if you wanted to fly to Nehalem or Pacific city before spending the day or the beach both those airports are about a 10-15 min walk to the beach. Please do takeoff and landing calculation if you plan to stop at Nehemiah or Pacific city because the runways are short with obstacles.

August 1, 2023Arrived on a Saturday. FBO lent me a courtesy car over the weekend until I could arrange for a rental car on Monday from E&E Auto - they will deliver the car to the airport for a fee. The cars rent out fast - make your reservation at least 2 weeks ahead of time. Be sure to visit the Tillamook Air Museum across the field. The former blimp hangar is the world’s largest free-standing wooden structure (metal was scarce during WWI when it was built). Also visit the Tillamook Creamery.
