Good airport and very welcoming personnel at FBO. I would suggest 100%. But, take note no fuel, accessible when the FBO is shut and no restrooms or facility available when the FBO is shut.

Good runway, helpful team, very fair costs. Have flown in and out a few times and it's my preferred airport for this part of NC. Be mindful there are other nearby airports on the same CTAF so it merits to listen closely.

Used TDF for first time after decades of in and out of RDU for Durham visit. Really fine, easy rental car pickup from National FBO desk, good fuel price and welcoming people. I don't have many of these journeys these days but this is a good facility and worth considering as a fine alternative to the high priced alternative.
