Going out to the FBO feels about like jail. They're putting in a new terminal, and I figure the FBO will end up moving into the old building.

KSWO does have full service JET-A

Flew in from KOUN, was met with mediocre intercollegiate trash talk and a golf cart ride to the FBO. Was then given their worst minivan ($20) they said was "the special van for Sooner fans". Likely the most pleasant interaction I've had with an OSU fan, so cannot grumble too much really.

We flew in to drop off a pax. Parked us in the far ne corner of the ramp even though the ramp was empty. Took us by gc to fbo (acft parking ramp and fbo are not even within eye sight of each other and TSA has a box you can’t enter if walking) to drop our pax and were told there is a $110.00 fee for King Airs. Appeared to be kids running the fbo that weren’t knowledgeable on why there weren’t fees posted anywhere. Call ahead for prices if using this one and only fbo.

Flew in for the OSU-TCU game. The Stillwater Motor Pool supplies a shuttle to/from the games about every 30 minutes starting 3 hours before kickoff. They drop off (and pick-up) at the Wrestling Hall of Fame adjacent to the NE end of Boone Pickens Stadium. FBO parked us, gave us a ride to the terminal and back to the plane upon return. All-around good experience.

Kind of a weird place. The FBO is off to the side of the "commercial" terminal building. Don't cross the red lines the barricades mark on the pavement if you don't want to get yelled at. If you try to drop off a passenger after 10pm, you'll get charged a 24 hour call out fee. That's because the gates are badge locked because of the commercial service. Tim has been there for like 20 years and I've always been treated okay, but not superbly.

My son goes to OSU and I am in and out of there a half dozen times a year. Tim and his crew are always very cordial, helpful and accommodating. They provide good service at sensible costs.

King Air 200 is $40. Per night

Good FBO! Personnel are very pleasant. Fine service and attentive line staff. Avoid the Airport “Director” -- will not be a pleasant experience.

New owners as of August 2022 and they were quite pleasant! Landed to get fuel in my Cessna 172. Landing fee was $20 but waived because I purchased fuel totaling more than the landing fee. 3 courtesy vans available and only 10 minutes to Eskimo Joes!
