This FBO is run by maybe the most helpful and nicest people I have interacted with. The crew there went way above and beyond to keep us comfortable and give us a really good overnight in Southport. Hopefully we'll be back soon.

Same story different day, superb service from Mike's team! Nasty day with heavy rain and low ceilings for my arrival. To make things worse, I was running late and expected the FBO and hanger to be locked up tight. To my surprise Cam saw my IFR flight plan and stayed late to lend assistance. Dry hanger open and all the aid I could ask for. Thanks again Cam and congratulations on obtaining your commercial cert!!

Stopped for an overnight fuel stop between NY and FL. Terrific experience. The airport and FBO are terrific and Tony is the best! After hours arrival, crew car and fuel worked smoothly. For overnights, recommend Oliver's for dinner and the River Hotel in Southport to be close to the water and downtown.

It was not feasible for me to obtain my IFR clearance on the ground there. Was helped by other pilots who provided alternative phone numbers to attempt while waiting for departure and was never able to contact Wilmington or Washington clearance by phone. Luckily I had just sufficient local ceiling to depart and acquire clearance in air. The number I utilized was given to me by Wilmington approach by the controller on the approach to land.

Friendly personnel, fine amenities. Watch out for excessive pricing. Piston twin quoted twenty dollar landing fee. Was charged a king air ramp fee for a piston. Guy running the desk said that it was because I was part 91. I did not have the energy to contest. So just be mindful of that, incorrect details from local government workers

The Cape Fear FBO is a fine illustration of how to manage an operation. Well staffed, fast service, cheerful faces, and a lovely and relaxing setting. They permitted us to keep a crew car overnight while we waited for our rental car to be ready, and radioed us every day on our way into the ramp to inquire if we needed anything. 10/10

This is perhaps the finest run FBO in American. I have over 50 years of flying experience and the team at cape Fear Jet Port is the most professional squad I have ever met. Each individual we interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with! It doesn't get any better. Kudos to the whole team at Jetport. Capt O'Such F900

Stopped in here yesterday while out for a fine afternoon of flying. My only regret is that I've never stopped here before. Good FBO with the best personnel. Offered a car and directions to a nearby eatery. I'll certainly be back on my next trip. Thanks guys, we need more FBOs like this one.

I have been flying for over 40 years and have been to many FBOs. The personnel at Cape Fear are the finest second to none. I fly into KSUT several times a year and I am never let down. The personnel always offers the finest service with a smile!
