We had a fine experience staying here for a few days on a trip, personnel was responsive and helpful (piston single).

Good experience with desk staff. Line help is a hit or miss, one fellow is very helpful. But, now after a 24 hour mx delay, we still can't depart. I've been waiting for an HOUR for a fuel truck!

Terrible customer service. The line guys chalked my wheels and departed. Did nothing else. No welcome or anything. Exactly the same when i departed. I guess they don't need tips.

Excellent service, they had us filled up in about 15 minutes and then had us back on our way. Will certainly be using Million Air every time we come to Chesterfield, I highly recommend them!

Came in yesterday for Jet-A. Very welcoming personnel. Dylan was pumping fuel within five minutes of engine shutdown. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I will stop there again.

Was based with them for a few weeks doing aerial survey. No complaints. They were fine hosts.

Good: Low CAA fuel costs, fine crew lounge. Room for enhancement: 1. Extend your pullup time by 15 minutes since the sole tug operator did not proceed out to move the plane until after the requested time on flight line. No other aircraft on the ramp or arriving. 2. Be at the plane to observe the fueling to verify it is fueled to your preference so as not to overflow tanks and vent fuel all over the ramp while under tow. 3. Plan to find an airstair mat and put it on the ramp Perhaps an off day.

Superb, welcoming assistance! This week I flew in with no warning they were able to provide me with a reasonable rental car (on site) and some ramp area. I’ve visited here multiple times now and never let down! PA28R.
