Very poor costumer service. Fueling is slow and the refuelers have a poor attitude. Take business to APP instead.

Based here both with my PA32 Saratoga and the G-IV I operate for work. The CSR staff is wonderfully friendly and keen to help. Line personnel are similarly sharp on their duties. Management by the Capen brothers whose family is the original owners is truly involved. FBO is tidy and pleasant with recently updated rest rooms and sufficient lounge and break room spaces. Lots of parking for personal vehicles and GoRental on site. Highly suggest.

Awesome experience. Their customer service was over the top. Filled out a survey giving them good marks and one nitpick. The GM called me the next day going over his plan to fix the nitpick. C.A.A. provider. Plenty of well trained line crew.

Good FBO, fine linemen and desk staff. Met at single engine piston and treated like a Citation. Use “Go Rentals” for rental car-met with car/paperwork at plane. This is the way an FBO and rental car company should treat every pilot. Looking forward to our next visit.

Been going there for years. Not anymore!! Flew in Saturday 2/15/25 and was charged a "Special Event Fee" of $1190.00 dollars for a King Air. My other pilot flew a Citation in and was charged $2700.00 dollars. There was a TFR at PBI and was told that was the reason. During my day before phone call with the desk, I was never informed about this fee. I was told later by the manager that it is published, whatever that means, and he would look into it. The other FBO does not charge that. Pilot Beware !!

Private Equity + FBO = pilot beware! 6 pax light twin (propeller) plane, $304 facility fee + $45 security. 10 minutes from the time i got out to meet my passenger (friend) to the time we started taxiing... The brief interaction with the desk staff was good - super fine people...
