Stopped for fuel. They have self serve pump on the ramp, very simple to locate and taxi to. There was no charge with fuel purchase and we used the courtesy car for a quick lunch in town. Kaiser air personnel were friendly and helpful.

A friend dropped me off with Beech Baron. The personnel placed us right up front, offered crew vehicle and directed us to the closest restaurant. No charge for anything and didn't require us to buy fuel. Super welcoming and excellent service. I stop at their Oakland FBO as well and the experience is consistent (different fee schedule for different planes).

Flew in GA for business overnight. This location was awesome. The rental car was pulling up to the plane as the prop stopped. Superb service all around. I was in a Cherokee 6, not a jet. Much appreciated.

I organized a fly-out for 20 single-engine planes to go to Santa Rosa for a dinner. Despite the short notice and a large event in the area, Kaiser made sure they could accommodate us on their ramp for an evening, and made sure our needs were satisfied. Fees and fuel costs were fair, and service was fine. Would suggest.

$20 a night tie down fee regardless of fuel purchase

Simple visit. Parked on ramp and was not relocated. 50 ft from entrance, ample snacks and water, the fuel truck arrived within 12 min of asking. Only ramp fees and gas billed. Wonderful friendly personnel! I will return

Really fine folks and service! They do need to work on crew rates with hotels and car rentals though. Hotel was supposed to be $169 a night and it was that price for one night, but the other two nights went way up (more than double one night). Car rental was supposed to be 69/day and I ended up getting charged $105...and had to walk to the terminal to get the car.

Fine clean FBO with welcoming personnel!

We had some problems with the way our passengers exited the cabin and lavatory. The line service and front desk staff were superb and handled everything I required. Thanks! We’ll return 16hx
