Signature Aviation at St. Louis Lambert International Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

The front desk staff had no idea how to handle a fuel release and billed us for several services we never received. We ended up leaving the FBO without ever getting an invoice. With charges this high, it’s UNBELIEVABLE that Signature still can’t deliver even acceptable service.

The line staff were helpful when we arrived, but the front desk team was a different story. They couldn’t even direct us to our pax driver, despite knowing he was on site. The facilities are seriously lacking. The crew "Lounge" is really more of a Crew Closet. No quiet rooms, no showers, and no amenities at all. An awful place to spend a long sit, with outrageous prices for such poor service and facilities. Go somewhere else if you can.

Very slow and inefficient service. Front desk personnel are surly and rude. If it was my choice I would not return to this poorly operated Signature, who is pretty much the only game in town at STL, and they know it.

Year after year, it's amazing how little this FBO seems to improve. The front desk staff don't appear to have even basic customer service skills and seem completely uninterested. Since it's the only FBO at KSTL, they have no real motivation to do better. What a shame. The ramp crew does an acceptable job, but the fuel is terribly expensive and the facility fees are a robbery.

Saw the negative comments. But figured simpler to spend more for fuel at KSTL as it would not only be much more convenient to arrive at KSTL's Signature FBO and not fly into KSUS or KCPS since we would still need to secure a UBER or cab to take us for our commercial flight at KSTL if we arrived at KSUS or KCPS. Yes, they cater mostly to private jet traffic. But still received the red carpet treatment even though just flying our family's 182. Truly, fuel jockey took us to our flight almost instantly.

I flew in yesterday to drop off a passenger for the airlines. Even called 40 minutes before i arrived. Talked to a csr about getting my passenger a courtesy van ride to the terminal. Landed and the crs told me the courtesy van was on it’s way back. It took 25 minutes for the van to show up. Wish the crs could have been truthful with me, i could used their crew car for the 5 minute trip to the terminal. Plus $140 for 15 gallons and landing fees. Not the finest service, probably because i was in a cirrus.
