Even though the self-serve fuel was out of service and the full-service truck was down too, Gary and Cy still went out of their way to help me fuel up with cans and a funnel. Their willingness to jump in and make it happen shows real dedication and top-notch customer service. Big thanks to both of them for the great support — really appreciated!

Stopped on the route back from Oshkosh due to weather. Took crew car to Star 36 Diner for a fine meal. Fuel a bit pricey but it is still worth it for the assistance received.

If you want the red-carpet treatment even in a Cessna 182, or want the FBO to roll the courtesy car right out to your airplane after you park if you've called ahead, or just want the folks to bend over backwards to make you feel welcome, this is the place to land. Gary and Sue and their staff are the best I've ever run into. And as a multi-State licensed attorney, Angel pilot and captain and pilot with the civil air patrol, this FBO is flat out the best for excellent and friendly service.

Best FBO I have visited in a truly long duration. Gary and Sue are awesome. Put me in there hangar, assisted with rental car. Stayed open late to help me when we landed, pending overnight thunderstorms they made certain my plane was not left on the ramp. Nice towered field and multiple big runways. Very fair fuel costs versus the big FBO's and major high work load airports. Cessna 340A

We were stationed here for a survey project, this FBO has the finest people. Gary and his crew go above and beyond what is needed. Everyday we were treated with a smile and a “How can we assist you”.
