I made a booking on FlightBridge.com with my arrival time after normal FBO hours. I also reserved a rental car with Avis thru FlightBridge. The FB was staffed by Jarrett at the time of my arrival. He informed me Avis did not bring a vehicle over to the FBO. Jarrett was glad to supply a Crew Car and had a good attitude even though he had to wait for us to arrive. Superb FBO and Thank you Jarrett!

Good service from the line guys and Mae in the office. We used a fine crew car for a couple of hours. No fees for a piston twin with a 50 gallon fuel purchase. Turning base to final 500 feet over taxing jet fighters was a first for us.

Stopped here for gas and lunch and I was greeted and well served. I was offered a crew car but chose the easy walk to facility for lunch. The eatery is changing hands this week so unknown what the new hours will be. If the AFB is active suggest you approach from the West to avoid jet traffic.

For all those who know Mae she is still at the FBO and providing the finest service as she always has.

Stopped here for a fuel stop, would not do that again. Airport is mainly military. Controllers are very complicated. Not the right airport for a convenient stop. FBO had no clue how to fuel a PA46, had to watch them the entire time.

SPS has been a good stop for many trips. The FBO isn't very fancy but quite pleasant, let us take the crew car overnight when the local Avis closed early and refused to drop off a vehicle, and their hangar rates are very budget-friendly. Landing at a joint use airport can be daunting, but Rey 18/36 is not normally used by the USAF and if complex instructions are given ask for what you'd like, many times your desire is granted.

By far the absolute worst FBO I’ve ever visited regarding customer service. That’s stating something since I’ve worked at three during my whole career and used a good amount of them. Maybe 100 or so. The staff were generally unsupportive. Not impolite or anything just useless and uninterested. The kind of location where if your plane caught fire on the ramp they would probably shrug and possibly provide marshmallows to roast.
