Fantastic airport and FBO to stop at, came out for a long weekend with the family in a c182 and I was really impressed when they rolled out the red carpet at my door and brought my rental car straight to the plane. They tied it down for me over the weekend and had her fueled up and ready when I got back. Great people and a great experience, will definitely be back!

I flew into SPF to visit some friends in my C182 from Colorado. Totally professional service, free tie downs, and fair fuel. I took my friend's young sons up for their first small airplane ride and they hosted us thankfully while we shuffled the boys in and out of the plane. I had a pitot tube blockage on departure and Milt in MX took the time to remove the pitot tube, clean the very stuck blockage, and did a very complete job getting me back in the air in 2 hours. Good FBO!

What a good experience I had when using Eagle for a recent visit. Information supplied before I arrived was superb. They arranged a discount at a local hotel and also arranged my rental car. When I arrived, I was met and directed to my tie down. By the time we were out of the plane, the rental car was plane side and when I finished up getting everything out of the plane, they had it already tied down. Everyone was very helpful and had fine attitudes. Highly recommend Eagle.

I flew to SPF for a Funeral on Thursday. I had landed there a couple other times in the last 5 years, but was amazed at the brand new FBO building. (Open about 2 months) Very fine! Two lines guys marshaled my Cirrus in and even laid out a red carpet for my exit. I returned in about two hours. They had me fueled up and ready to depart. All three workers were very friendly and the fuel prices are quite reasonable. Good FBO.

We were pleased that we chose Spearfish as a base for our Black Hills journey. Similar to what others have mentioned, personnel (Matt for our group) were keen to assist, rolling out a red carpet for us to walk toward the rental car by the plane. Additional observations: (1) The airport is situated in a valley with distinct weather compared to KRAP or KRCA, calmer, (2) with RNAV 13, the descent from 10000 can be demanding (we were flying a Mooney). If feasible, cancel IFR to begin visual descent, (3) be ready to use phone versus RCO for clearance.

I called ahead for a rental car and I was parked right next to it when I showed up. The personnel were polite and helpful. You can tell that their patrons are important to them. I stayed at the Best Western which is recommended.

Fantastic service! We landed at Black Hills on Thursday (Thanksgiving). The FBO was closed, however Rick had his cell number on the front door, which was unlocked. I called him and said that we needed fuel, he showed up quickly and started the fuel truck for us. The FBO is clean and well organized. Rick was polite and easy going, I highly recommend this FBO!
