Last occasion there in a Bonanza, $30 a night. This time charges doubled to $60 a night plus a $50 security fee per journey. 5 days went from $120 with fill up to $290 with fill up.

Good service. Quite minimal FBO structure with two restrooms and a small area with a couch, some chairs, and a television. The FBO structure is completely within the airport perimeter (no land side entry) so you must proceed to a guard booth and then wait to be escorted across the ramp just to reach the FBO main door, which is uncommon and slightly bothersome.

The personnel are quite pleasant and very supportive. Nevertheless, the Fbo is incredibly compact. Every chair is occupied. There is nowhere to rest especially when detained there for many hours awaiting passengers to arrive. I believe even if it cost more I would go to the alternative Fbo just for the finer amenities. And zero entry to the street. They simply let you out on the walkway to wait for a taxi. The Fbo golf cart must transport you inside and outside of the barrier.

Extremely positive experience at Clay Lacy Aviation FBO at KSNA. Called ahead to check availability and fees for our Cessna T182T. Ms. Sanga, CSR on duty, was terrific on the phone prior to arrival and in person at the desk once we were onsite. Because we were staying very close by, Mr. Keith, valet on duty, met us plane-side with a Clay Lacy vehicle and took us to the hotel (Westin in DT Costa Mesa). This was hugely helpful given that my wife, four year old son, and our small dog were all along on the trip. Reversed the process with ease on the way out. All told, we received superb treatment and real worth for the handling charge (which is often not my experience at other larger national FBOs), though it was waived with our 15 gal fuel purchase. Will definitely come back!

Clay Lacy was not useful picking up plane that was coming out of maintenance on field and would not fuel. ACI south was very helpful.

Always friendly and fine service. They are always on top of everything. Have called 2 times since 5:00am (posted opening time according to Clay Lacy physical signs and online), gate could not get ahold of them, and then while typing this a friendly ramp guy escorted me back. So other than not opening on time today they are good. I'll keep returning.

Beware!! Since getting the C.A.A. contract for fuel, Clay Lacy has raised their ramp fee to excessive charges I suppose to cover the reduced fuel revenue. The first time I tried them, it was good. Then the next time I departed and just requested to have the bill sent to me. Much to my shock when I looked over my bill, the ramp charges had gone way up. I telephoned and talked with someone at the desk and got a rude response essentially saying that’s just the way it is. Their ramp charges are higher than fees at some high cost resorts to actually hangar the plane. Even with the higher fuel costs it is less expensive to go to the other FBO which is ACI. You can also put their tight temporary facilities in a phone booth (some overstatement). This kind of high fees is why Orange County kicked Atlantic off the field when their lease ran out and all that happened was another predatory FBO moved in. In general the line crew is very pleasant and does their job well
