Really top-notch service from the moment we rolled in until we left. The crew handled our ground transportation, parking, fuel, and hangar needs without a hitch, which made both arrival and departure fast and easy. I’d absolutely recommend this airport and FBO. I’m definitely coming back!

I have been flying professionally for 6 years and this FBO is easily the worst I have ever been to. I made an emergency landing here (gear would not come down without alt extension) and the lady at the front desk made my awful situation worse. I needed to use a computer to send an email to a Mx facility and she outright refused and threatened me. Unbelievable. Will never fly into this airport again.

Superb service from this FBO. The personnel were very helpful, and quite cordial.

Fine and calm FBO, but observe their opening hours. Arrange beforehand to secure an Uber or a Taxi if you show up following their closing period.

Came thru Taos in Oct 2022. Personnel was very welcoming and useful. They had us fueled and on our path very fast.

Good, professional and friendly service here today. They were swamped with other customers and medevac based helicopters and still got me fueled and ready to go very quickly with little notice on my end. I will return!

We spent 4 nights in piston tiedown area in August 2025. A bit of a walk from the FBO. Lineman helpful and got us a ride to Enterprise where we had car reservation. Ride cost $45. When we departed, had to take car back to Enterprise in town - another $45 back to the airport. A fine car but awkward. Found out on arrival that Go Rentals has a desk in the FBO terminal now, and they do have regular vehicles available, not only the high end on website. May be another RAC. Call the FBO to check it out.

Agree with prior comment. Arrived in a Mooney to spend time here without realizing it was Labor Day weekend! I'm retired.... no vehicles or lodging available.. Nick and Luis, both young fellows, saved the situation. Located wheels and spot to remain. Just good service and cannot express enough. We remained a week and flew everywhere, quite lovely here and superb airport. Thanks guys for everything.

Today, I was permanently banned from this FBO. The reason was because when I arrived after hours at 645 (yes, I called ahead), the rental car keys were not in the car as promised. I called GoRentals and they said the keys were probably on the desk inside so I went thru the unlocked door, found the keys and contract with my name on it and left. When I returned the car, they said I’m no longer welcome there!?!? What a joke of an FBO. They had no fuel, they leave early and they cant even arrange a rental car correctly. Self serve fuel and public tie downs if going to Taos.

I see a bunch of positive comments here that are not warranted. Worst FBO I have ever flown into. Staff was sitting in sofas drinking. Called for a week before arrival and never received a call back about services. Not impressed at all.
