October 26, 2025STOPPED TO HAVE BREAKFAST AND FUEL UP. Very fine people, ground crew met me on the ramp, fueled right away and cleaned the windscreen. Grabbed a nice clean crew car and went to breakfast. FBO and Cowboy Cafe both recommended. I'll stop again on my way thru the area.

July 2, 2025Very courteous and fast fueling and then a first for me: they offered to clean the windscreen, which was a fine surprise. The personnel suggested a lodging and drove me there. A very pleasant experience.

September 14, 2024One of the worst FBO experiences I've had. The pilot lounge was converted into management offices, so enjoy sharing 2 couches with passengers in a very cramped area. We inquired about hangar space and were placed on a waitlist. An hour later, AFTER observing our jet get hailed on, they provided an auxiliary hangar which we were informed was complimentary for daytime use. We chose to utilize it for an hour then got a bill for $680 despite being told it was free. Go to GCC, BYG, or BIL!!

October 18, 2023Fine FBO and well staffed for a Sunday afternoon. Was there to handoff an Angel Flight PAX. My second time here within last 6 months, and they've been quite accommodating both times.

August 13, 2023This is a superb fbo if flying thru! Was treated to top tier service in a piston single. Will certainly be back.

August 16, 2025Good stop. Clean FBO. Very fine crew car to jump in and grab Jimmy John’s. There is a separate kitchen area with a plentiful vending machine and ice. Personnel was friendly and prompt. The area around it is absolutely gorgeous.

July 25, 2025Bighorn Airways did a good job managing our 17-plane fly-in, and we arrived on the same day as an airshow no less! Staff were friendly and professional, fuel was discounted for the weekend, and rental cars were ready for us. A fine stop!

April 17, 2025Service was as anticipated at any FBO, note that they no longer are a CAA provider. So our fuel was greater than anticipated. In their FBO notes they were still claiming they were CAA.

September 12, 2024We will avoid Bighorn whenever possible. Their charges and fuel costs are out of line for the location, standard of service, and building. We pay less at some main airports with lovely facilities. They possess a monopoly and they know it. Their professionalism and client assistance leave much to be desired. Their building is older and requires updating. Their "pilot lounge" is a kitchen table in a vending zone and their "amenities" are an aged coffee maker with stale burned coffee. Steer clear if feasible!

September 10, 2023FBO won’t permit you to fuel your own plane even when it is an antique that you must climb up onto. Claims it is “lawsuits”. I do not allow untrained line personnel touch it. Do not waste your time with Bighorn.
