Million Air St. George at St. George Regional Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

Total joke of a place. Restaurant is nice. But they don't even put you on the ramp, you have to park the aircraft yourself in the transit area, push it back, tie it down, and then they still try to charge you a fee. This is a million air? Pathetic. I've been all over the country and will not be coming back here to park the plane.

The personnel is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly helpful--you feel looked after the instant you get there. Every person goes out of their way to make the stop smooth and pleasant. The crew car is superb and well kept, which makes moving around town simple and worry-free. The amenities are top-notch: spotless, modern, and clearly very well maintained. From the pilot lounge to the washrooms, everything shows pride and focus on detail.

Very clean facility. But, other than a very pleasant woman (sorry forgot her name) at the counter the other staff guys sitting behind the desk seemed like they would prefer to be elsewhere. Had never been here before and even though we called ahead, there was no one available when we arrived to tell us where to go or park, so we just snagged an open tie down. We got self serve fuel and they did not charge us any other fees, which was good.

Love Million Air SGU. Fair 100LL costs, good service, complimentary ice cream / popcorn / cookies / water, very pleasant lounge, fine restrooms, a couple Mercedes crew cars. Wish they had Diet Coke, but otherwise quite ideal. First two rows of tie downs by the FBO are open parking.

Did a pretty normal XC hop from Vegas to KSGU with another pilot. We parked for under 15 min and headed into Million Air to take a whiz and grab a coffee. Bethany charged us a $36 facility fee. We've flown this route a ton of times and never got charged before. She said we had to pay and wouldn't waive it, even though we were only there about 15 min. Won't be going back, thanks Bethany!

It appears Million Air doesn't permit single pistons on their ramp. Arrived for some fuel and a fast turn around. Was signaled away from the ramp and directed to sections of back-in transient parking. The alternative FBO offered to fill us from their truck and transport us in and out for the restroom. We obtained the fuel we required, but was not the experience I'm accustomed to from a Million Air. The pushing the plane in to park and getting shuttled in is manageable, but not optimal for a gas and go.

Million Air personnel did not appear very pleased to see my piston single taxi in; indeed, they waved me away from their ramp. Eventually someone got on the radio and guided me toward their self-serve pump which is located on the opposite side of the airport. (It is on B taxiway, close to the Rwy 19 approach end.) A sign states "Restroom" and indicates south; the actual washroom facility is around 200 yards distant, situated among some hangars.

Was planning a stop here for refueling and a break coming from Carson City to Tulsa. While looking up information I was happy to see that there was a posting that fees are collected by Vector on behalf of St. George. This was useful so I could avoid this airport and plan for my fuel stop at Kanab instead. I have no issue paying fees, but I'm not giving Vector one cent. First thing I always do upon arrival at any FBO is check in at desk and ask how much I owe. Will pay FBO, but not Vector.

Stopped here for some full service jet A fuel, fair prices, good people, good facilities. I had the popcorn, but they make fresh cookies. I was charged $26 facility fee even though I got fuel. And I got 200 gallons worth. Not sure if the fee is a jet thing or not. Simple to get IFR clearance in the air from LA Center at about 6,000'. Nice long runway in fine condition.
