I spent a week there visiting family. Everyone was very cordial and helpful. They had a heated hangar for me and were there to open it every time I departed or arrived. Very fine communication and nice facilities.

Outstanding service. Had to divert due to alternator issues and line personnel was more than helpful. Will return!

Ended up spending the night waiting out storms in the southeast. Travis was very helpful assisting us find a room and ground transport. The FBO was very good and he let us stay there past operating hours until our ride showed up. Being an old Air Guard base, the runways are huge. Self-serve fuel was simple to access.

i fly into springfield beckley every three months or so. the folks at s-jet are wonderful. ian and his his teammates are always courteous and helpful. they take superb care of my mooney while my wife and spend time with my son and daughter-in-law. fuel is reasonable priced.

Very fine and welcoming personnel every occasion I have stopped by. They will go out of their way to converse and to assist you. The crew car is a fascinating one. It's got some power!

Flew in with my son to visit the Museum of the U. S. Air Force nearby. From answering questions a few days prior on the phone, assisting with rental car drop off and finally to service at the ramp, they were good. It is a fine, clean and modern FBO and Brittany, Travis and the rest of the team at S Jet were a pleasure to deal with, thanks!

We flew in on the mornin of Jan 27. After descending through icy clouds and with cold soaked fuel in the wings frost began forming rapidly on the wings. Not having any way to devise prior to our next departure it looked like we would be stuck for a while. When I mentioned this to Malik L. he came up with a plan and he and Ian grabbed a leaf blower and a ladder and headed out to deice our jet. The plan worked good and we departed only 15 minutes late. Malik L. and Ian went above and beyond to help keep us on schedule. Thanks guys.
