Aero Center Felts Field (KSFF)

For a Bonanza, the overnight charges-including ramp, FBO, and tie-down-came to $35. Friendly service at a historic airfield.

Kalef was really helpful, came in and allgot me setup to use crew car. There is a facility and other fee, but it was fair as i used their crew car. Thanks for a good experience, i didn't need fuel and they were totally fine with that.

FEES, FEES, FEES. High priced fuel to boot. Dropped off 2 passengers on ramp who boarded another plane to immediately depart. I was climbing in to restart and leave when a lineman ran out on the ramp to tell me I had to go back in and pay a $10 fee. I went in and the fee was $50. To get it waived I had to purchase 20 gallons of overpriced fuel, which I barely had room for, as I came in from an hour away. And there were other charges on the invoice when I got it.,NEVER AGAIN!

Well, the staff are fine, but their business structure depends on extremely high-priced fuel. There are concealed charges which involve a processing fee on their fuel to pay by credit card. This is causing me to search elsewhere, even though I am based here.

Hidden charges. Facility fee even if you park at the cafe for breakfast.

Stayed overnight. Ramp staff member waiting for us as we taxied in. Everybody was very cordial and prompt. Parking for the Skylane was $10 plus $5 facility fee which seems totally sensible. Full service fuel was completed quickly. Very fine facilities. Will return.

Aero Center has ditched good business practices for a setup that gouges pilots coming into Felts Field. Don’t expect close-in parking on their otherwise empty ramp; expect to be sent out to the more distant tie-down area. Then there are all the extra charges: “Handling fee,” “Facility fee,” “Processing fee”…plus what has to be the highest fuel pricing in Washington State. You can get hit with these fees even when there is no handling or facility use at all, beyond paying their already expensive tie-down charge.

I flew in my C172 for a 3 day stay. I brought my own tie down ropes due to a previous experience at Felts. I tied down my plane. I requested fuel for an early Monday departure. Monday I found my plane untied. They had untied my plane to move it and they left it untied over the weekend with forecast 50 MPH winds. they had not fueled. There was no apology. They said they would waive the charges. A few days later I got a call from them wanting my credit card on file and to charge the waived charges.

Look elsewhere. 100LL is truly $1/gal less costly at Spokane International Airport, and another $1/gal less costly at KCOE if you utilize self serve. They additionally charge a "processing fee" on credit card purchases which makes them appear like they truly favor hidden charges since most everyone is using credit card for fuel regardless.

Yikes they really gouge you on fees. I was told with a purchase of fuel the fees would be waived. However after I bought the extremely overpriced fuel most of the fees still applied.
