So after more than 40 years, I gotta say we had the best experience of any FBO ever. Mary Jo went absolutely above and beyond to find us a car when nobody had one. I could go on and on, all I can say is I hope the owners of this FBO know they’ve got a one in a million employee.

Trip over LaborDay put me into KSFB and the MillionAir ramp. Staff was OUTstanding. Was made to feel welcome and valued. We burn avgas in a SEL 182 but were treated so nicely. Had called a few days earlier and they hooked me up at the local Hilton for a terrific rate. All concerns about costs were CLEARLY communicated and VERY FAIR. Beautiful facility staffed by an enthusiastic crew. Fuel order was filled exactly as requested and we had no worries thanks to a well run operation. Recommended.

Flew in to catch a commercial flight out. Parked at Millionaire. This facility should be a guide to all FBO'S operators. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best these people are a 20. Very competitive fuel and pricing. Matt

My preferred FBO. Greg, the CSRs, and the line staff are always one step ahead of the game. Beautiful lobby and a fine little cafe inside for a light lunch or snack. Million Air KSFB is number one in my view.

Came out to the airport with an avionics problem and figured we were gonna have to leave the airplane and drive back to North FL. Rental cars were sold out since it was spring break. The fantastic customer service lady at Million AIr pulled off a miracle and got us a car. But that was just the start. Mary Jo drove us over to the rental car lot, brought us something to drink and popcorn, helped with directions, and stayed with us to make sure we actually got a car. Best customer service I have ever had.

I am a commercial charter pilot and visited this facility today and was impressed. The personnel was incredibly friendly and the operation seemed to be very well managed.

We visited last week of May. The line personnel and front personnel were superb. Asked us what we required. Parked us, assisted us unload, gave us a ride to get our rental car. The front personnel was amiable and expert. They were keen to assist take care of everything we needed included making calls to the rental car company to come to the fbo to pickup the car. The eatery inside the FBO is quite high caliber. Quick service, newly prepared to order. Requires around 5/10 minutes to prepare. Plenty of selection - salads, quesadillas, hamburgers, morning meals if you fly in during the early hours etc. The cook prepares an excellent steak quesadilla that is not listed on the menu but he is pleased to prepare it.
