Love this spot and the service is fantastic. Management leaves a bit to be desired. Jet fuel prices are the same as what I'm paying in big cities, but at least the big cities negotiate. I tried to work something out with Ed and he only knocked off .20 per gallon. I could have taken 1200 gallons at a fair price, but instead I took zero gallons.

Very busy on a fine day. Good FBO & personnel. Rental car place can by the hour which makes it inexpensive, my preferred thing (the cars are old and basic in case someone in your party is kind of snooty). They like to land 03 and take off 21

Very good service from FBO. Cafe next door can be very busy with a waiting time of 1 hour when we arrived. Rental car is via the local rental company only. Cars are older, worked fine and price was fair. Enterprise is no longer there.

Been here 6 times now and always superb assistance and fuel costs. Also amazing food next door and just today learned they will give pilots 10% discount if you ask.

The FBO and personnel were amazing. Thanks to Mary for locating our correct sweatshirts sizes! We will surely visit again. Renting a car through Sedona Car Rentals was effortless and economical.

They really need to refresh the rental car fleet if they're gonna charge that much, or at least include fuel with it. Fuel was way too pricey for an airport this size. No fbo on the field, just the city operating out of the arrival/departure building. Beautiful airport and fun to fly into.

One of the finest FBO experiences around. Good service and welcoming staff; they went out of their way to be welcoming and to offer assistance, including holding some of our baggage after checking out of our hotel. Smooth fueling transaction and clear communication throughout our visit. Looking forward to returning!

Flew into Sedona today with my entire family and father in law who is failing health wise. His wish was to fly in our plane one last time. The people at Red Rock saw the difficulties we were facing when we arrived and offered to help in all sorts of ways. Long story short, because they lock the gate from the ramp to the restaurant, a very short but challenging walk became a monumental task. The fbo offered a wheelchair and to remain open until we were finished eating. 15 stars out of 10!!!!!

This FBO is 10 out of 10. Friendly and attentive personnel, superb rental car operation onsite and quick ramp/fuel service.

Personal and attentive service. Enterprise staged a car w them and they had it airside with Aircon running by shutdown. Quick fueling and smiles.
