Circle Air Group (KSEE)

Stayed here for America 250. They put us right on the ramp and we stayed there until departure, even with two helps and their rotor wash (TY!). Really great stay; no difference in treatment between us and the Global out on the ramp. The line guys had the LL truck there as we rolled in. Couldn't have gotten better service. We'll be back!

Excellent spot for fuel, with a super clean, brand-new FBO. The line crew was helpful, and Sonia was especially attentive. I arranged fuel the day before for a Wesley departure, and they waited until later in the evening because of the heat, making sure it wouldn’t expand and leak out. HIGHLY recommend-top-notch service.

Flew in 10/23 in a cirrus sr22 night landing. Marshall was right there to greet us. Took note to top off tanks before we were scheduled back several days later. Provided waters and toured my 2 young kids in their hangar where they were working on an array of good planes. They also allowed our turo driver to park the car inside the gated area for pick up and drop off. Just a fine experience overall. Will be back. Keep up the good service!

Flew in here in a PA28 for the weekend, arrived on a Saturday and had filed a reservation so they knew I was coming. Nobody marshaled me in, had to search for 10 minutes to find any staff after parking. Next day I went to depart and found my brakes had sucked some air. Asked Circle if their mechanic could bleed the system and they refused, saying they did not have a PA28 service manual or the tools to bleed brakes! Found another mechanic but Circle would not permit him to work on their ramp. After over an hour, Circle towed the plane to the mechanic’s hangar where I had it fixed. Circle seemed to not care about piston aircraft and I was not treated well, especially in a breakdown situation. Would not suggest

Most pointless FBO in the United States! They charge a $30 ramp fee just for stopping in, and it only gets waived if a general aviation aircraft buys at least 50 gallons of fuel! 50 gallons! Next time I’ll show up with portable bottles and haul all that fuel away. I asked about using the courtesy car, but the person receiving us said we couldn’t since no one was at the front desk during the weekend shift to hand over the car. They didn’t even have a damn snack or cookie sitting out. Definitely avoiding this place going forward.

Fine facility, but bad (slow) assistance, high ramp charge and very high 50 gallon minimum is an apparent message for us piston guys to park somewhere else.

I will echo the comments on the staff/line personnel. Commensurate professionals in every aspect and I'm a GA guy (Piper Cherokee) who is treated with respect and made to feel welcome every visit. In a time where customer service seems to be scarce, Circle rises above and beyond. Thank you Circle!

I have parked here almost every weekend for the past two years and keep doing so. It is a superb FBO with a wonderful team-- it does not get any superior than here! Certainly give them a stop by! katieelaine10
