Line guy was told positive prist 3 times. And guess what They never added prist. Didn't care to ask before they started fueling if they weren't sure Didn't look at the placards above the fuel cap that states prist required. One line woman was helpful named Mary in helping us locate prist to add to the plane. The man who incorrectly fueled us vanished.

$525 to drop off 1 passenger in an SR22, glad I phoned ahead. Shall be going elsewhere.

Good service all around. Call ahead for any special event fees. Came day 1 of Kentucky Derby and was charged $2775.00 USD for a king air 350.

Some of the most incompetent line personnel I have ever witnessed. I was picking up a sports team for a charter and they permitted their bus to remain outside the gate for 45 minutes. It took us complaining to them to allow our bus onto the ramp. Extremely let down by the service at Atlantic

This may seem small, but when you walk in, you are BLASTED by the air scent machine. It doesn’t smell bad, but it is just extremely potent. Passengers and my self had to remain outside due to a sickening feeling from the intense odor. Apart from that, very fine FBO

Avoid in a piston. I needed to go to sdf for an airline connection, front desk wouldn't assist in any way. Ramp staff "couldn't" give me a ride and the crew car was not accessible for us. There were rampers standing around and a crew car in the parking lot... charges were standard Atlantic but without any anticipated services.

Good Service, welcoming personnel. PC-12 new facility Fee $569 or 90 gallons. Cirrus Vision Jet $230 or 70 gallons. GPU is $160.

Arrived 2330 April 30, 2024. Personnel informed me since I'm on the ramp on May 1st(effective midnight) I will be charged a "Derby fee" in excess of $2000.00. We are operating a Medevac flight and will be leaving the ramp by 0300. I cannot imagine a larger money grab than this location. AVOID,AVOID AVOID!!!! No prior notice or caution!

What a superb FBO - clean, bright and welcoming. Others remarked about the powerful aroma...was potent, but did not find it unpleasant--prefer that over the opposite. Service was flawless, arrived in a Bonanza A36 and they treated me like I was in a citation. Offered us a ride to our hotel. A+

Good FBO! Showed up in a school plane and they were all really nice. Allowed me to use the crew car too. Everything was very clean and everyone was cordial.
