Good personnel and hardworking lineman. We got delayed here on a Sunday because of lake effect snow and Riley did not hesitate to get our helicopter in a hangar for the night. Facility is well used but we will make Schenectady a regular stop for the fine service.

Very poor service, one star. We were told there was no hangar available, but later learned that the manager had specifically told them at the front desk that hangar space was available for us, and planned on it. The line folks and front desk were very simply too lazy to even check about possibilities, it was like talking to a brick wall, they wanted to do nothing to assist anyone.

When I was grounded for several weeks because of weather, Dave hangared my plane at a fair cost. Anne Marie and Jose were very helpful also. Good people at this FBO!

Landed there to have a fine dinner at one of the local dining establishments. Dave (manager) was very accommodating. He lent us a crew car even though office would be closed upon our arrival. We went into town and came back around 2 hours later and simply parked the car and headed for our plane. Very friendly service. Would recommend this FBO to anyone traveling in the area.

Very fine people. Stopped with a Cirrus for 3-4 hours parking. Zero charges and inexpensive fuel. Offered a crew car which we happily accepted to go get lunch. Overall very good experience, will keep in mind when in the area in the future.

Fine people. Very accommodating. Inexpensive fuel (at minimum when I have stopped there.) First evening tie down fee waived with fuel purchase.

Good FBO. Called 15 miles out, they had the crew car waiting for me, and they had me fueled and ready to go when I got back. Fine service along with a decent fuel price.

I flew to KSCH this past weekend for an aviation class. There was another area activity which booked all area hotels, and no rooms were available in Schenectady, and Uber’s were sparse. Between AnnMarie (reception) and Jose (oldest maintenance line person), they got me from Schenectady to the Albany area where I was able to reserve a Marriott. They also took care of my Saratoga in fine fashion! Crew car was available to me for a 2 hour trip I made for some business in town. Thanks again to a very cordial team!
