November 5, 2025Super good service at ACI. Very accommodating. Ramp staff onsite to assist park a/c. Staff at front desk helpful and friendly. No ramp fee for first 3 hours. Facility is modern with fine lobby and crew room. Flew a PA-28R for a PilotNPaws transfer. Had similar good service many years ago flying a Citation for a large fractional company. Heads up on Self Serve fuel. It is situated on the opposite side of the runway. Not at the FBO.

October 14, 2025When I landed, I asked to taxi to transient parking. Ground said I could only stay in transient parking for 2 hours. If I wanted to spend the night I needed to go to the FBO. So I taxied the Mooney over to ACI. When I went to depart they said I owed them $195 for 4 nights! They waived the ramp charge when I mentioned I was going to self serve to get fuel. These ridiculously high charges are not posted anywhere. I might have canceled the trip if I realized the fees were so steep. I will not be returning to KSBP.
