Sheltair (KSAV)

This Fbo has quickly become my new favorite! The team spirit and genuinely deep customer-service culture make me wish every place operated this way. I’m already looking forward to coming back many more times.

Made an overnight stop at KSAV and had originally planned to use the other FBO until I read the reviews. We changed course and went with Sheltair, and I couldn't be more pleased. Friendly guys met us in a large golf cart to help with the bags and get us to the terminal. The front desk folks were accommodating and very pleasant. We took on some fuel and left the next day. Highly recommend Sheltair. Baron

Dropped a couple folks off, then picked them back up a few days later in our bonanza. They’ve got a non-waiveable "security fee" and with fuel prices being sky high, I just paid it and moved on. Friendly service, a newer-looking facility, and a big ramp. Only real complaint is the high prices, but that’s what you’d expect for Savannah.

Flew in for an overnight family trip in twin Comanche highest charges I've ever paid and personnel would not recognize their printed charges on ForeFlight. I've also been here several other occasions and never had this situation. Evan P.

Stopped by on Labor Day. FBO is very fine, lots of space and had some very good/clean crew cars available. They let us grab a vehicle for couple hours and topped off the SR20. Tierra was very polite and courteous! I highly recommend stopping by if you're in town.

I’ve just gone past 13,000 hours of flight time. Sheltair is without a doubt the best FBO I’ve ever visited!

Chose not to use the other FBO after reading the bad comments. Had a great experience w/ my student and really excellent customer service at SheltAir. Someone met me at the plane with the rental car. Dennis helped get my aircraft secured, which was a little tricky today. Brandon (pretty sure that was his name) was extremely helpful, and Sarrina was very kind & helpful too. I already knew what fees I would be paying. There was a small mix-up on refueling, but they took care of it perfectly, so overall it was a great experience. Definitely recommend.

The photos on ForeFlight are outdated. This FBO has been remodeled and looks just like Sheltair at KORL. Wonderful FBO and very fine people. $20/night parking for an SR22. I suggest it.

What a good personnel. Faith was super helpful and took very fine care of our requirements. Wasn't overpriced like other FBO's for overnight or handling fees. Will definitely drop in again. Try the cookies on counter as you walk in ;-)

Excellent personnel today from the moment I arrived in my Saratoga for a quick turn. All workers were incredibly fine. Great FBO! Thank You
